Frequently Asked Questions
Can we request a specific performer? Yes! We want to accommodate your requests as best we can. We cannot guarantee the performer(s) you are requesting can attend, but we will inform you of their availability.
Can we tip our performer? Yes! Gratuity is appreciated, but not expected or required. If you feel your performer(s) did an exceptional job at their appearance, you can provide a tip.
When do you collect the final balance? the final balance for the appearance should be paid by the day of the appearance. The balance can be paid in check or cash at the event, or via Venmo, CashApp or Paypal.
What happens if we need to reschedule? Please let us know ASAP through email! We will apply your deposit and booking to a future date.
Do we need to provide anything for the performers? The performers will bring everything they need to your appearance. They might ask for somewhere to sit or a bottle of water. We will provide everything else!
Can we change the order of events during the appearance? Sure! If you would like to do this please let us know prior to your appearance so your performer(s) can prepare. If you would like to substitute an activity, don't hesitate to ask!
How much space do the performers need? Most birthday appearances are held in a living room, or outdoor space. For an event, it will vary based on what kind of activities and how many characters you would like to have present.
What is the travel fee? The travel fee goes to the driver that is transporting the performer(s) to and from the appearance. It is calculated based on the miles outside of the Peachtree City, Ga radius.
If I know the performer(s) can I talk with them? Talking with the performer(s) is perfectly fine, but please keep in mind they will remain in character during the appearance; and can only have character appropriate responses during their time.
